ClientNet Mobile App Privacy Policy
Effective Date: June 1, 2026
J D Factors ("we," "us," or "our") provides the ClientNet mobile application (the "App") to existing factoring clients of J D Factors to access account information, submit schedules, and review debtor credit. This Privacy Policy explains how information is handled when you use the App on iOS or Android.
Your relationship with J D Factors, including obligations regarding the confidentiality, use, retention, and disposition of information, is governed by the Security Agreement and any related agreements you have entered into with us (collectively, the "Master Agreement"). This Privacy Policy describes the additional, App-specific practices that supplement your Master Agreement. Where this Privacy Policy and your Master Agreement differ on a particular matter, the Master Agreement controls.
Who the App is For
ClientNet is provided exclusively to active business clients of J D Factors and their authorized users. It is not directed to the general public, and it is not directed to children. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18 years of age.
Information We Collect
Information You Provide
• Sign-in credentials. Your Client ID and password, transmitted to our servers to authenticate your session over an encrypted (TLS) connection.
• Biometric sign-in credentials. If you choose "Sign In with Face ID / Fingerprint," the App stores your Client ID and password in your device's secure keychain (iOS Keychain or Android Keystore). These credentials never leave your device unless you choose to sign in with biometrics. You can clear them at any time from More → Clear Credentials.
• Documents and photographs. When you submit a Schedule (invoices, rate confirmations, backup documents) or a Fuel Advance request, the photo or PDF you upload is transmitted to our servers for processing and storage in your account file.
• Form information. Data you enter when submitting a credit-review request, a fuel-advance request, or similar form — including debtor name, load number, amounts, dates, recipient email, and any notes you include.
Information We Access from Your J D Factors Account
While you are signed in, the App displays information drawn from your J D Factors account, including: account balances, escrow, credit limit and availability, accounts-receivable aging by debtor, funding activity, invoices, batches, recourse items, and debtor credit relationships and check results. This account information is maintained by us under your Master Agreement.
Information We Do Not Collect
The App does not collect or transmit:
• Your device's location;
• Your contacts, calendar, or microphone;
• Advertising identifiers; or
• Behavioral analytics or third-party tracking data.
How We Use Information
We use the information described above to:
• Authenticate you and maintain your signed-in session. Session tokens are stored locally on your device and expire automatically; signing out clears them.
• Display your J D Factors account information.
• Process Schedules, Fuel-Advance requests, and Credit-Review requests you submit through the App, including notifying our internal account-executive team.
• Run optical character recognition (OCR) and field extraction on the rate-confirmation and invoice images you upload so that we can pre-populate form fields for your review. Processing is performed by us and by trusted service providers (see "Third-Party Service Providers" below).
• Respond to your support inquiries and operate, secure, and improve the App and our services.
Third-Party Service Providers
We share information with the following service providers solely to operate the App. Each operates as a processor on our behalf under contractual obligations to safeguard the information they handle:
• Microsoft Azure (Cognitive Services / Document Intelligence) — performs OCR and document field extraction on uploaded images.
• Anthropic, PBC (Claude API) — performs natural-language field extraction on uploaded images.
We do not sell your information. We do not share it with advertisers or data brokers. We disclose information to parties outside of those processors only as required by law, in response to lawful requests by public authorities, or as needed to enforce our Master Agreement.
Data Storage and Security
Data transmitted between the App and our servers is sent over TLS-encrypted connections. Documents and account data are stored on servers operated by J D Factors and our hosting providers in the United States; clients on our Canadian platform are served from Canadian infrastructure. We maintain administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect information from unauthorized access, including those required by your Master Agreement.
Data Retention
Uploaded documents and account records are retained in accordance with your Master Agreement and our records-retention policies. Biometric sign-in credentials stored on your device can be removed immediately via More → Clear Credentials. Requests for deletion or correction of other data should be directed to your Account Executive; response timing and conditions are governed by your Master Agreement.
Your Choices
• Sign out. More → Logout ends your session and clears the local session token.
• Clear stored biometric credentials. More → Clear Credentials.
• Decline to upload a document. You may decline to upload any document; the related transaction will not be processed until the document is provided.
• Close your account. Contact your Account Executive. Termination is governed by your Master Agreement.
Changes to this Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Material changes will be communicated through the App or through the business contact on file with us. The "Effective Date" at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision.
